The "Surrey Swoosh" was the original Surrey Shirts design that we used on our embroidered baseball jersey.  Due to popular demand, we have printed the same Old English lettering with the distinctive capital S and swooping tail that boldly underlines Surrey. Paying homage to the folks in Boston who stood tall against terrorism during their marathon, this shirt features the iconic Red Sox lettering and a bold message about the proud people who call Surrey home. If you think it can't happen here, think again.  By coincidence this shirt was released on July 1st 2013, the same day that RCMP arrested two Surrey residents for attempting to bomb Canada Day celebrations in Victoria. Surrey Shirts proudly supports pride in Surrey and this colourful design was created when we were invited to the 2014 Surrey Pride Festival.  With Surrey Council once again refusing to fly the rainbow Pride flag in front of city hall as is done in cities across Canada plus the provincial and federal governments, we thought they should know that diversity and inclusiveness are not just buzz words.
